Hazel weighs approximately 325lbs loaded with table insert and all cushions. Exterior diameter of exactly 9’6”, she comfortably holds 8 adults with a weight capacity of 1440lbs. Cushions are custom made using Sunbrella fabrics and stuffed with fast-dry exterior foam. All rigging was custom designed for her and she is a true delight to sway in.
Hazel 2.0 comes fully equipped for the most common backyard scenarios we had requests to address. It quickly converts into 3 different and unique styles for your daily personal and hosting needs.
Leg Dangler: with a 54” diameter hole in the center of the swing, its the most like a couch of any of the configurations. While we still recommend taking normal Covid related precautions when in close proximity to other humans, you can easily get 4 people on this swing while maintaining 6 ft distancing. This is a highly popular setup with kids and young adults who are hopping in and out frequently.
Day Bed: Our personal favorite. Great for a nap, reading a book, doing some yoga, cloud busting, or really anything else you can imagine. No cares, you can just dive into the swing and let the motion take all of your problems away. Drag out your favorite blanket and fade deep into our luxurious cushions.
Center Table: A quick slotted insert table fits into the middle of the swing which can be used to hold a laptop if you’re working from home. It could also hold your favorite beverages, or really anything else I suppose. This was the highest requested addition to the swings and we cant wait to see how you use yours!
These are the biggest and strongest swings available for home purchase, designed to last a lifetime. We keep seeing much cheaper large swings and those honestly scare the hell out of us. The industrial steel frame, commercial rigging cabling and hardware, true product engineering, and a full year of product testing went into this swing and it is strong as hell. Some others we have seen clearly don’t have the ratings and should be used with caution.
